At this point were all already invested in to this movie, and none of us want to leave in hopes they do fix it soon, so the staff agreed with that point and said we can get a new ticket for a later date after the movie was over.We sit through the rest of the movie and there was never an improvement made. I was told that they were having difficulties hooking up the laptop to adjust the brightness and that I can either get a refund now or get a ticket for a later date. 20 minutes go by, this time I get up and go ask what is going on. After one friend went to go complain about 10 minutes it, the staff had apologized and said they were working on fixing it and it should be back to normal soon. The brightness of the movie was turned way WAY down, and you could barely make out the silhouettes of the characters on screen.
